THINGS TO KNOW
The closest airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) There are direct flights from many major cities.
Guests can also drive if they’re within a reasonable distance.
Not necessarily. Most locations are accessible via taxis, ride-share (Uber/Lyft) transportation.
There is no pre-arranged room block, so guests are encouraged to book their own accommodations through third-party sites like Expedia, Booking.com, or directly through hotel websites.
Las Vegas offers a range of hotels at different price points. Please review our recommendations listed on the HOTELS section of this website.
Las Vegas is a desert city, so expect hot summers and mild winters. Dress appropriately for the season, and bring sunscreen if you're outdoors.
Wearing Indian clothes is absolutely not required. We want you to feel comfortable and feel like yourself! And you definitely won't look out of place-- mixing up East and West is very common.
For the Sikh temple wedding, please refer to the Event page.
The traditional bridal color for Indian weddings is red. You may want to avoid an all-red outfit at the ceremony (on Saturday), and avoid an all-white outfit at the reception (on Sunday) but otherwise, wear whichever colors speak to you!
For ladies, we recommend pumps, stylish wedges, or elegant sandals. For gentlemen, we recommend dress shoes or loafers. For the Jaggo/Sangeet, guests may be walking in grass or turf.
